40% payment is required in advance for booking.

40% payment is required on the day of the event.

The rest 20% is due on the day of delivery.

Booking Money is non-refundable if the client changes the date or cancels the events.

If the hard disk or storage has been crashed, damaged by any technical problems, or stolen, then the client won't make any complaints, and Prominence won't take any liability regarding that (Prominence will show the proper evidence).

It may take around 45-55 working days to deliver the Photos and Videos

Out of Dhaka no extra charge is needed but has some criteria:

1. The client must take combo 4 or Above. Less than combo - 4 is not available out of Dhaka.

2. The client has to ensure our transportation & Accommodation. 

Prominence have all rights to use any photos & videos for their social and other promotion. If you have any queries or objections please confirm before booking.

No complain & claim will be acceptable if you do not take/receive your delivery into 6 month.After 6 month the data will be remove from our storage.
